Built in the late 60's/early 70's - Boulder Hill was a predecessor of todays sprawling multi-purpose neighborhoods. Built by Don Dice, Boulder Hill was originally built to satisfy demand by workers at the Caterpillar Plant. Not only was Boulder Hill the largest subdivision of it's time, but with amenities like a church, school and shopping center - Boulder Hill set the standard for things to come.
Today, Boulder Hill continues to be one of the most affordable and best selling subdivisions in the Oswego/Montgomery area. In 2006, there were 177 homes sold - ranging in price from $129,900 to $339,900.
